Welcome to Interest Rate Check Ireland

Our findings indicate that 75% of the mortgages we have analysed to date raise issues and possible errors.
Our report enables a mortgagor (you) to engage directly with the mortgagee (your lender) in order to substantiate the figures,
including capital, interest and fees, and any alleged arrears claimed.

Who are we?

Interest Rate Check Ireland Ltd is your fully independent mortgage specialist.

We analyse mortgages for potential overcharging or discrepancies and we also offer debt restructuring options to clients if they so wish.
We are a group of professionals with decades of banking, finance, compliance, economic and regulatory experience. We are passionate about ensuring a level playing field for ordinary mortgage holders when they negotiate issues or refunds with lending institutions and/or the revenue commissioners.

What do we do?

We forensically analyse your mortgage and TRS information looking for some or all of the following:

  • Hidden charges
  • Inaccurate fees
  • Inaccurate deductions
  • Interest Over-charges

We then generate a full report which you can use to negotiate your case.
At IRC Ireland, we are a group of like-minded people, who come from backgrounds of banking, both retail and investment, compliance, finance, regulatory, and economics.
